Paul Capra is Principal of Lee & Associates-LA NorthVentura Inc., a full-service commercial real estate company and member of the Lee & Associates group of companies. Since 2004, Mr. Capra has specialized in representing landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers in the leasing and sales of retail lifestyle, power, community and neighborhood centers throughout Ventura County and Southern California. In addition, Mr. Capra also represents buyers and sellers of net leased single-tenant properties on a national basis.

Mr. Capra is the exclusive national brokerage representative for Paul Mitchell Schools, which operates over 100 cosmetology education centers. In addition, he is the exclusive representative for a private real estate investment trust with assets in the fund totaling over $1 billion.

Mr. Capra also maintains many affiliations and relationships with public and private groups concerned with the redevelopment and revitalization of downtown districts and has represented landlords and tenants in the leasing of retail properties in Historic Downtown Ventura.
