ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Patrick Palmer

Patrick Palmer has extensive experience across the midlands region in brokerage and development with a focus on retail and general commercial. Before joining NAI Columbia, Patrick served as President of IAP Company, a family owned real estate enterprise that has developed real estate for over 40 years. Patrick has been a member of ICSC since 2000, and in 2006, he obtained the prestigious CCIM Certified Commercial Investment Member award and subsequently served on the National CCIM Legislative Subcommittee from 2008-2010 and was reappointed to this board in 2019. Patrick currently serves as the Immediate Past President of the South Carolina State CCIM Board. From 2003 to 2014, Patrick served on the Richland County Planning Commission where he chaired the Commission for six of those years. Since 2016. In 2016, 2017, and 2018.
