ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Patrick Casalinova

Originally from Massachusetts, Patrick moved to Maine in 2008 and started his career in the commercial real estate industry working for a commercial Design-Build constructions company. During his time as design-builder Patrick worked with various local, state and federal agencies, such as Department of Economic and Community Development, AVCOG, Maine DEP, Department of Agriculture, FDA, Rural Development Authority, and other licensing, permitting and code enforcement agencies and departments.

An Entrepreneurial graduate of Norwich University with a degree in Business, Patrick is constantly looking for ways to expand his knowledge base both in the real estate industry and in life. Patrick has set his sights on working with the top brokers in the industry and helping his clients achieve their real estate goals. Patrick's drive and passion for real estate and business development are unmatched. When not working for his clients or volunteering his time, Patrick likes learning about new technologies as well as staying active by volunteering in the community and enjoying the Maine outdoors
