Trish began her career in 1992 with property management and reservations for a Resort in Kauai, Hawaii. She has over 24 years' experience in handling units for the resort. This included Strategic planning related to budget, revenue, and risk management for the owners. In 2002, she obtained her real estate license to have the additional expertise in her business and joined Century 21. She invested in various associations and continuing education to keep her clients informed.
Since 2017, Trish has devoted her time to Commercial Real Estate. It has been a growing passion since 1986 when she worked for the Hamilton Field Development Project in Novato, CA. Trish joined SVN in 2019 and continued her education taking various courses in Real Estate Development, Asset Management, and Investments. Trish has experience in Retail, Hospitality, Office, Industrial, Land, and Tenant Representation. Trish is passionate and demonstrates a bright light of energy for her clients to find their perfect space. Her vision runs deep and incorporates every little detail the client communicates. Trish has made some lifelong friends from these clients year after year as her negotiation skills are top notch and she has procured space on their behalf in local, regional, and national areas.
Trish grew up In Marin County, CA. She graduated from Terra Linda High and went on to San Francisco School of Travel to learn about the culture in other countries as well as travel. She then attended Santa Rosa Junior College to study Business Law and Business Management with a minor in Art History. From there her education continued with IREM, CCIM, ICSC, and ULI. Trish is a resident of Sonoma County and enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as hiking, golf, and relaxing by the water.
