ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Paige Schiesser

Paige Schiesser joined Mid-America Asset Management in 2012 after beginning her career in the commercial real estate industry in 2009. As a Vice President working within Mid-Americas retail portfolio, Paige is responsible for representing clients interests in adding value to their assets by identifying and negotiating transactions with qualified tenants.

Paige develops a strategic plan for each property by creating customized merchandising plans, consistent tracking of competitive projects in the trade area, and aggressively marketing available retail opportunities. Paige is able to implement deal specific analyses and develop feasible execution plans to support and advise clients on deal structure and negotiations from letter of intent through lease execution.
