ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Nick Stanton

Nick is bringing a wealth of relevant experience as he joins NAI Elliott with the objective to tap into the spectrum of commercial property knowledge and resources we already have. He'll be adding his own piece of that collective expertise, as he continues his work on retail leasing, owner | user sales, and landlord and tenant representation across a large portfolio of retail developments in Oregon and Washington. Nick is a natural problem-solver, and his proven ability to build client and industry relationships allows him to find the solution that works for all parties involved in a transaction.

Nick has commercial real estate in his heritage; his father Skip Stanton was a founding principal in HSM Pacific. Nick started his career at HSM Pacific more than 20 years ago, and became a licensed broker within a year. He moved on to Commercial Realty Advisors NW in 2006, which with his partner George Macoubray he helped build into the largest commercial retail brokerage in Oregon.
