Nick Krakower specializes in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of industrial properties in the Orange County and Mid Counties markets. Focusing on a client-oriented business model, Nick excels at providing effective solutions for his clients based on their needs. Being a young gun in the Commercial Real Estate business, Nick credits his early success to his over the top work ethic and drive to move up the ranks as fast as he can.

Before joining Lee & Associates, Mr. Krakower graduated in 2019 from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Being a native of Huntington Beach and Graduating from Huntington Beach High School, Nick knows the local area and business community very well.
