This economic savviness and acumen has also proven to be an invaluable asset when serving private equity clients, large financial institutions, developers, property owners and buyers.
Commonly, Nicholas is the key liaison between developers and retailers, frequently playing a critical part of negotiating leases with national and regional tenants. Often times, as a leasing agent, Nicholas undertakes a development consultant role for first time developers, his comprehensive understanding of the complete development process coinciding with his commitment to maximizing the client's value at both the lease up and sale stages.
