ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Nic Madsen

Nic was born and raised in Le Mars, Iowa and graduated with honors from Morningside University. Nic's career in commercial real estate began by interning with NAI United. After completing his internship, Nic was hired on as Director of Property Management and Commercial Associate. His self-confidence and determination, helped him sell over over $7.8 million dollars in commercial real estate. Nic also increased property management revenue by over 200 by adding 125 plus units to the management company, all as a rookie agent. Nic addresses every project diligently and professionally to ensure the best results for his clients. Nic is actively pursuing the coveted CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member).
