ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Neil Joy

Neil Joy is a Vice President in the Corporate Services Division of Henry S. Miller Brokerage, LLC. With more than two decades of experience in finance and mortgage banking, Neil has extensive knowledge in dealing with buyers, sellers, realtors, and title offices. He is skilled at financial statement preparation and analysis, as well as contract negotiations, review and finalization.

Prior to joining Henry S. Miller, Mr. Joy was a commercial real estate agent with Keller Williams. He also served as the Branch Manager of mortgage lending offices for Ameripro Funding, Envoy Mortgage and Prime Lending. In these positions, he was responsible for revenue generation, compliance and maintaining the financial and administrative operations of the branch. Neil worked in accounting and finance, as well, with Computer Sciences Corporation and Mitchell, Williams and EDS where he managed loan securitization portfolios and cash management transactions for several large investors.
