Nathan helps owners and tenants acquire, dispose and lease real estate assets. In addition to his expertise in the private sector, Nathan specializes in serving government agencies and municipalities including the Indiana Finance Authority, Department of Correction, Department of Natural Resources, and Department of Transportation. Nathan is a licensed auctioneer providing his landlord clients an additional perspective for achieving their disposition goals. As an experienced broker, Nathan strives to earn his clients satisfied with his attention to detail and adaptability to each situation.

A born and raised Hoosier, Nathan attended North Central High School, graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington where he earned a degree in Finance & Real Estate at the Kelley School of Business, and now resides in Carmel with his wife and three children. Starting with an internship at RESOURCE Commercial Real Estate and obtaining his real estate license at the age of 19, Nathan has continued to grow with the company over the last 11 years.
