ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Molly Dietsch

Mollie Dietsch is a seasoned real estate broker specializing in the sale and lease of industrial and investment properties over the past 33 years. She is a Senior Vice President and Principal at Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services, the largest privately owned regional commercial and industrial real estate brokerage company in the southwestern United States. Mollie joined Lee & Associates in January 1991, and became a partner in the firm in July 1991.

Along side brokerage Mollie's experience includes involvement as a principal in several industrial development projects in the immediate Los Angeles Market. She was responsible for finding the land parcels, developer, users and Bankers in creating a development project that included build-to-suits followed by spec buildings for sale or lease.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Mollie's brokerage experience includes previous employment with the downtown Los Angeles office of Grubb & Ellis Company for 5 12 years where she was awarded Rookie of the Year in 1988.

A native of Los Angeles and graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1984, Mollie received an Athletic Scholarship for four years playing on the women's tennis team. She then continued her tennis professionally for one year, playing on the women's professional tennis circuit throughout Europe.

Today, having completed numerous leased investments, commercial, industrial transactions, Mollie has amassed the experience and knowledge needed to effectively represent the needs of owners, users and investors of real estate in today's growing and changing economy.
