ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Mitchell Cooperstock

Mitchell Cooperstock, senior managing director of EVO Real Estate Group, joined what was then Winoker Realty Company, Inc. in 1984.

Mr. Cooperstock has been exclusive leasing agent for 131 West 33rd Street, a major Children's Wear showroom property; 469 Seventh Avenue, 214 West 39th Street, and 485 Seventh Avenue The Fashion Atrium, and has been very successful in leasing campaigns for these properties. He also has served in that capacity for 202 West 40th Street, where he repositioned a loft into a young designers showroom building.

Mr. Cooperstock is currently exclusive leasing representative for 205 West 39th St, 141 West 36th St, 29 West 26th Street, 24-32 Union Square East, 229 West 28th Street, and for retail stores on 63rdDrive and Queens Boulevard in the Rego Park section of Queens. Prior to that, he was a principal of Weather Downs Inc., a ladies coat manufacturer, from 1980 through 1983. From 1972 through 1980 he served as a senior sales executive at Post Time Inc., also a ladies coat manufacturer.
