ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Mike Knudson

For over 15 years, his marketing career took him from in-house at Sanford Health in the marketing department, to then serving as an account executive for larger advertising agencies, managing the agency's largest clients.

Having many mutual friends in the advertising industry, Mike came to know Ryan Tysdal, commercial real estate broker at Van Buskirk Companies.

Ryan has a background in marketingadvertising and made the jump to commercial real estate and he really loves what he is doing. We began conversations months ago and Ryan has been a great mentor as I get established in this fast-paced industry. I enjoy taking care of people so helping business owners find the location of their dreams is a great fit for me.

Mike earned his broker associate license and joined the team this past January. He is excited about the vast opportunities commercial real estate offers in the Sioux Falls area, allowing him to help literally shape Sioux Falls. He also likes the fact that VBC is a community partner, giving back in ways that align with his own values.
