Michael was born and raised in the Raleigh area and has over 25 years of experience in the Triangle real estate industry in sales, construction, and project management. Michael has a degree in Civil Engineering and has been a Construction Management Consultant having served in various capacities including land development, acquisition, sales, and construction.

Michael brings extensive experience to our land acquisition services based on his engineeringconstruction background and knowledge of the local governments. His expertise focuses on transitional agriculture uses, land assemblages, green energy projects, commercialindustrial site selections, and single and multifamily developments.

Michael is a licensed Real Estate Broker, General Contractor, Utility Contractor, Home Inspector, and Wetland Specialist.

He resides in Holly Springs with his wife Kelly and two sons. Michael serves as a deacon in his church and enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, biking, hiking, golfing, and anything involving his family.
