ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Mike Hunter

Mikes expertise is in brokering and advising on residential land deals within Orange County. He specializes in representing investors, developers and home builders in the acquisition and disposition of residential subdivisions, multi-family developments and master planned communities. Mike is highly experienced in market research, land planning and marketing.

As Land Advisors most Senior Vice President, Mike has over 52 years of real estate development and land sales experience. Mike has sold more than $3.5 billion worth of properties, primarily in Southern California, and he has sold thousands of lots within nearly every major master planned community in Orange County.

Prior to joining Land Advisors, Mike worked for 13 years as a Principal at ODonnellAtkins and 20 years as President of Mike Hunter & Associates. Additionally, Mike has worked for Ponderosa Homes as Director of Land Acquisition, Pardee Homes as Director of Market Research, and Weyerhaeuser Venture Company as Director of Marketing.

Mike holds a bachelors degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Southern California. He is a licensed California real estate broker. Mike was the starting safety for the USC football team, and played in the 1967 Rose Bowl versus Purdue University. Mike also served as an Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1967 to 1969. Mike spends his spare time golfing and hanging out with his family.
