His development contributions took flight after serving as an Ohio City Planner and Assisted Living Development Officer. In 2000, Mike was named Senior Real Estate Manager for Bob Evans, where he introduced 40 restaurants across Floridas major markets. This was achieved through detailed market assessments, expert contract negotiations, due diligence and financial analysis, constructionbudget oversight and more. This experience transitioned into mixed-use and master-planned projects while at Steiner Associates, where he oversaw the development of four, $500M regional town centers.

Since his Florida relocation in 2009, Mike has shaped much of the areas commercial landscape as Senior Associate of CRE Consultants (formerly CBRE) and Senior Vice President of Equity, Inc. Some of his most notable transactions include the College Station power center, Piper Medical Plaza, and the four-phase, mixed-use development, Palm Pointe Shoppes.

As Principal and Managing Director for LandQwest, Mike will spearhead the retail division, including sales, leasing, tenant rep and investment services, to West Floridas institutional clients.
