ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Mignon Richard

Born and raised in New Orleans, Mignon joined NAI Latter and Blum in January 2020 as a third-generation commercial sales and leasing agent, following her grandfather, Murdock Richard, and father, Paul Richard. Mignon is a graduate of St. Mary's Dominican High School and The University of Georgia where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate. Prior to Latter and Blum, Mignon worked for nearly five years in Atlanta for both Colliers International and Stream Realty, where she focused in retail landlord representation. As part of project leasing teams, Mignon dedicated her time servicing local to institutional clients in her portfolio of grocery-anchored centers, lifestyle centers and mixed-use retail projects across the Metro Atlanta area. Mignon is excited to bring value to NAI Latter and Blum retail teams in the New Orleans and Baton Rouge markets and to share her specialized knowledge with her clients and colleagues.
