Michelle Abramov is a Managing Director at RIPCO Real Estate with a focus on landlord and tenant representation throughout the New York Metropolitan region with a concentration on the Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, and Long Island markets.

Prior to joining RIPCO, Michelle was an Associate Broker at Highcap Group focusing on investment sales throughout the New York Metropolitan region and then went on to found Asset Commercial Realty Group (AssetCRG) and led a team with a focus on investment sales & retail leasing. Michelle spearheaded the retail leasing platform and completed over half a million square feet of leasing in NYC and Long Island and over $150 million in investment sales.

Additionally, Michelle held a role as a Principal of the Queens based investment and development firm, RJ Capital Holdings. Her responsibilities included retail leasing, investment, and disposition in which she has handled over $300 million worth of transactions in acquisitions and leasing throughout NYC. Her background in investment and development brings a value-add skillset and deep understanding when analyzing retail opportunities for tenants and landlords.
