Michael J. Sweeney is a Vice President with Avison Young's Philadelphia office after joining the firm in March of 2018 after being a Director with Cushman and Wakefield. With over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, Michael's experience includes lease negotiations, tenant relocationrenewals, and implementation of C-level multi-state strategic real estate planning. His focus is on the Suburban Philadelphia market, where he has successfully represented over 3,000,000 SF of office and high-finish flex transactions during his previous tenures. Additionally, Michael led the leasing operations for Pennsylvania Business Campus Horsham, PA from 2013-2017, where he was responsible for a 40-building portfolio spanning across 2.4 million square feet containing over 150 tenants.
