ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Michael Scruggs

Mike Scruggs is a former business owner who brings entrepreneurial experience and business minded spirit to Olive Real Estate Group. Prior to joining Olive Real Estate Group in 2018, Mike established and operated his familys pizza franchise. He moved from his hometown of Detroit, Michigan to Colorado Springs where he sought to establish and successfully develop ten locations for the familys pizza business. During his time as a franchisee, Mike was recognized for operational excellence and was a member of advisory boards that were responsible for improving, creating and testing emerging technologies.

After many years in the business Mike and his father saw an opportunity to exit the restaurant industry. Instead of taking time away from the business industry, Mike pursued an opportunity to work with Amazon. He briefly worked with Amazon logistics to develop and operate a new delivery supply chain in the Denver area. However, it did not fill the passion Mike was looking for; therefore, he pursued his zeal and interest for real estate.

His operational and ownership experience in the restaurant and logistics industries offer a unique perspective to clients. Mike has an intimate understanding for site location and lease negotiation as well. He also recognizes the significance in coordinating optimal workflow for each space. All of which made the transition to commercial real estate a natural move for him.
