His hands-on contribution to over 58 million square feet of commercial real estate transactions has yielded a keen understanding of all perspectives in the deal, offering a valuable advantage for clients who rely on Michael to anticipate obstacles and execute goals efficiently.

Michael joined KLNB in 2019 and will be instrumental in developing best practices to fuel the firms continued market growth. Before joining KLNB he was repeatedly named a Top Five Industrial Broker in the Washington, D.C. region for his work over the past 20 years throughout the region. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland and currently lives in Round Hill, Virginia with his family.
