Michael R. Demyan is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Cushman & Wakefield Pyramid Brokerage Company. Michael was raised in Amherst, NY and has been a part of the Western New York community for his entire life and has substantial knowledge of the Buffalo-Niagara Region. While attending the University at Buffalo, Michael volunteered as a Research Assistant for both the Department of Behavioral Neuroscience and the Center for Hearing and Deafness. He received awards for excellence in undergraduate research for his part in several drug addiction research projects for the Department of Behavioral Neuroscience. After graduating with a focus in Neuroscience Research, Michael took a position as a general manager for a restaurantcatering company in the Amherst area. After three years with the company, Mikes desire to become involved in commercial real estate in the Western New York area led him to join Cushman & Wakefield Pyramid Brokerage Company in 2015.

Michael specializes in retail sales and leasing across Western & Upstate NY, with a heavy concentration in retail tenant representation & expansion, landlord representation for retail shopping centers, and new construction retail leasing. Michaels relationships locally, regionally, and across the Country allow him to service any and all needs for growing retail clients. Michael takes pride in his retail knowledge which allows him the ability to dig up any and all opportunities that are on market, off market, or a development that is coming years down the road.
