ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Michael Ma

With over 10 years of real estate experience, Mr. Ma has represented over 10 million square feet of commercial, office, and industrial space transactions and been involved in over $150m in total sales consideration. Mr. Ma began his career at Cushman and Wakefield's downtown office and was promoted to Associate Director during this tenure. In 2012, Mr. Ma was named Emerging Broker of the Year by the Los Angeles Business Journal, an annual distinction which is awarded to only one commercial broker in Los Angeles County.

Mr. Ma earned his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in finance and strategy. He earned his B.A. degree in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and recently served as chairperson for the Executive Speaker Series for the Wharton Southern California Alumni Association. He is also a Founding Member of the Overseas Chinese Business Exchange.

Mr. Ma grew up in the San Gabriel Valley and currently resides in Santa Monica with his two sons; Russell and Alex.
