Michael brings extensive knowledge and experience to the company with over a decade of experience in commercial real estate as a licensed broker, and holds a bachelors degree in economics from the University of Connecticut.

Michael is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor and Owner of Regions Commercial, LLC, a commercial investment real estate firm located in Glastonbury, CT specializing in the sale of investment properties and tenant representation.

As a CCIM Certified Commercial Investment Member, Michael is a recognized expert in the Commercial and Investment Real Estate industry. The CCIM designation is earned after successfully completing a designation process that ensures CCIMs are proficient not only in theory, but also in practice. Since 2011, Michael has served on the Board of Directors and is currently the 2016 President for the CCIM Connecticut Chapter that has a membership base in excess of 100 and counting of the leading commercial real estate deal makers in the State of Connecticut.

In addition to this, Michael has earned the prestigious SIOR The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors designation, the leading professional office and industrial real estate association. SIOR represents todays most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists in the world.

As a CCIM and SIOR, Michael has access to a global network that he leverages to ensure he maximizes his clients commercial real estate investments for purposes of wealth building in order to achieve higher returns on investments than what his clients are currently receiving from the securities markets and other brokerage houses.

Michael serves as President of the Middletown, CT Exchange, one of Americas longest standing community service organizations that has been in existence since 1923 and remains dedicated to serving the needs of his local community.
