ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Michael Elam

Michael Elam serves as an Associate Advisor with SVN | Chicago Commercial, using his marketing skills and industry experience to help landlords sell or lease their available properties as well as assisting retailers and restaurants in expanding their presence throughout Chicagoland.

Michael has been involved with commercial real estate since 2007. He began his career in the industry as the one-person marketing department for Sierra U.S. in Chicago. During his nearly 10 years with Sierra U.S., he quickly advanced to Vice President of Marketing and expanded the department to a team of four. In 2017, after sharing his knowledge and expertise with his marketing team, Michael decided to make a change in his career path, moving to the brokerage side of the industry with Lee & Associates.
