ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Matthew Swantko

Matthew Swantko is a partner of Landmark Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC and the Landmark Investment Sales team. He joined Landmark in 2011 after a successful stint with the Grubb & Ellis Company. Matt is a graduate of Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He started in the business with his father, Dan Swantko, and eventually partnered with him to form Source Real Estate & Investment Company 1994-2010. With over 25 years of retail real estate experience, Matt has a proven track record of leading national tenants in their market expansion throughout Michigan. In addition, he has been successful in the role of master broker and has developed a market knowledge and a brokerage network, for a multi-state territory in the Midwest region. Matt continues to represent a number of significant national restaurant and retail accounts and focuses on tenant representation, sales, acquisitions, and leasing in Michigan and the Midwest.
