Mr. Surrett serves as Senior Sales Associate for Price Edwards and Company (Tulsa Office) and has been a licensed real estate agent and active in the Tulsa commercial real estate business since 1986. Surrett focuses on office project leasing, tenant representation, acquisition, disposition and investment sales.

Surrett joined Price Edwards and Company in 2017 and brings in-depth market knowledge and expertise to the Tulsa team. Matt's strengths are his attention to detail, problem-solving skills and his commitment to exceeding client's expectations. He is known by his clients and peers for his focus, loyalty, commitment to integrity and strong work ethic. These traits have helped create an atmosphere of reliability and trust in his client relationships.

Prior to joining Price Edwards and Company, Matt spent the last four (4) years with NAI Rupe Helmer in Tulsa. Prior to NAI, Matt worked in the Brokerage Services Department for Trammell Crow Company (Memphis, TN), Director of Leasing for Paradigm Realty Advisors (Tulsa) and President of PCA Realty, LLC (Tulsa).
