ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Matt Fetter

Matt Fetter joined Baum Realty in July of 2011 after serving as a real estate broker for five years at Johnson Controls. At Baum Realty, Matt is the Managing Director of the National Real Estate Services team and represents clients such as Duluth Trading Company, The Boiling Crab, Aurelios Pizza nationally, as well as other concepts in the Chicagoland market. He specializes in planning, executing, and managing real estate transactions throughout the United States.

Prior to joining Baum Realty, Matt was a director for the Real Estate Brokerage Team with Johnson Controls, Inc.
