ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Matt Alexander

Matthew joined Bradford Allen in 2015 as an integral member of the firms Tenant Representation practice. He focuses on the development of client relationships in the Chicago North Suburban submarket and CBD as well as the firms portfolio clients throughout North America. In addition, Matthew assists a variety of clients with strategic planning; operational, qualitative, and financial modeling; and acquisition and deposition of both leased and owned spaces.

Matthews market knowledge, work ethic, negotiating skills, and vast amount of expertise in global real estate and tenant representation services has enabled him to successfully represent his clients interests. Throughout his tenure, Matthew has worked with prominent local and national users of office, retail, and industrial to procure office space ranging from 1,000 to 50,000 square feet and upwards of 200,000 square feet of industrial space. Prior to his real estate career, Matthew specialized in operations, strategic planning, program analysis, and client development for several of the largest transportation logistics firms in the country.

Currently, Matthew resides in Chicagos River West neighborhood with his wife. He enjoys traveling and is an avid golfer, skier, and musician in his free time. Matthew also supports the Salvation Army and is a regular contributor to the organization.
