ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Mary Caldwell

As Senior Vice President of Caldwell Companies Leasing Team, Mary Caldwell strategically markets office and retail properties, manages owner and tenant representation, and handles lease negotiations. She brings years of experience to this growing team. Her solid performance earned her a finalist position for the Office Rising Star Award from the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties in 2001. Mary's skills and assertiveness are gaining attention throughout the industry, making her one of our top producers. She has formed key relationships with clients.

She has also served on the Board of Directors of the American Heart Association. Before joining Caldwell Companies, Caldwell managed a Pappadeaux Restaurant in Northwest Houston.

A native of Houston, Mary lives in Northwest Houston and is a member of Foundry United Methodist Church. Outside of work, she is dedicated to her children.
