ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Mark Zeidman

After going on his own, where he brokered over half a million square feet of officeretail and 800 beds of assisted living, Mark was hired by a client, whose focus was acquisitions and private lending. There he acted as chief underwriter and loan officer as the company grew to own and operate over 5,000 units of multi-family housing, multiple office buildings, several parcels of retail developable land and an extensive loan portfolio with a 0 default rate in Texas, Florida, New YorkNew Jersey and Georgia. He also facilitated all of the company's dispositions. His true passion is in sales, advising clients regarding maximizing returns on their real estate investments. Mark received his B.B.A. in Economics from St. Edward's University in Austin, TX and his Master's Degree in Business from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL.
