Mark has been in the commercial real estate business for over fifty years. Mr. Segall has been active in developing and leasing many major retail projects in the Baltimore, Washington, and Delaware metropolitan areas. He specializes in landlord and tenant representation and has represented numerous big box retailers. He also does third party development.

Mr. Segall holds real estate broker licenses in Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, the District of Columbia and Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Realty Resources, a national broker network.
