Mark J. Reckers is a 31 year Commercial Real Estate veteran and Founding Shareholder of Lee & Associates-Central Valley. He has specialized in the saleleasing of industrial and commercial properties since 1987, first in the South Bay Area of Southern California then relocating to the rapidly expanding Central Valley in the early '90's. His experience ranges from advisorymarketing and transaction management roles in major Class "A" new industrial parks to the disposition and redevelopment of excess corporate manufacturingdistribution facilities, with particular experience in food processing, cold storage and truck terminal properties.

Member of Lee Distressed Property Services Group providing banks and lenders specific disposition strategies including Brokers Opinion of Values-BOV, trustee, foreclosure assistance and disposition services on foreclosed and Real Estate Owned REP properties. Experience focuses on industrial, warehouse and manufacturing buildings in Stanislaus and San Joaquin Counties including the cities of Modesto, Ceres, Turlock, Manteca, Stockton, Lathrop, Tracy and Stockton.
