Mark Hearn has been working in Southern California Real Estate since 1986. He is a licensed Commercial Real Estate Salesperson and a Certified Residential Appraiser. His clients include Bank of America, J P Morgan Chase, Northern Trust, Union Bank and U.S. Trust. His primary focus is in Investment Property, CommercialRetail, and Corporate Real Estate. He has provided expert testimony for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court as well as Probate and Divorce Settlement for the Los Angeles Superior Court. Mark has a Bachelor's Degree from UC Davis in Economics. He lives in Long Beach with his fiance Sherri and 4 German Shepherds.

Mark graduated from the University of California at Davis, B.A. Economics. He has been investing in real estate since 1988 with single family homes to small apartments. He is President of Hearn Quality Appraisal, Inc, a medium sized appraisal firm in Long Beach. He was Chief Appraiser for Home Savings and Loan and a wholesale review appraiser for Washington Mutual Bank. He has worked for Marcus & Millichap in their Commercial Real Estate Leasing and Sales office in Newport Beach. He joined KW Commercial in 2014.
