Margaret Tuerk is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Hanna Commercial Real Estate in Buffalo New York.

Ms. Tuerk began her career with Hunt Commercial as an agent. She then moved to Nothnagle Realtors and its Commercial Division in 2016. Nothnagle Realtors was purchased by Howard Hanna Company in 2015. Ms. Tuerk provides a full range of real estate services, including but not limited to investment, development or redevelopment, tenantlandlord representation.

Ms. Tuerk spent over 20 years as a Corporate Controller in the manufacturing industry, working for large, international companies as well as small family owned businesses. She has experience and knowledge in understanding the financial impact of leasing, buying, developing, expanding and investing in real estate. She is dedicated, knowledgeable and hard working.

Ms. Tuerk has been proud to represent physicians, developers and personal service-based businesses in their commercial real estate transactions. Her client base is across the United States, Canada, Ireland, Germany and Great Britain; expanding continuously.

On a community level, Ms. Tuerk teaches yoga, meditation and stress reduction techniques to Veterans, recovering addicts as well as to executive business groups. Her work in the area of lifestyle changes and holistic health has assisted many people in enjoying a happy, healthier life.
