Mai joined KLNB as an Executive Retail Assistant in 2014. She worked closely with her team members to create, maintain and organize various research and marketing projects. Mai was promoted to Retail Specialist in 2019 and now specializes in landlord and tenant representation in the Washington, DC market.

Mai is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers ICSC, the leading trade association for retailers, developers, owners and brokers of retail properties in the United States. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in Virginia, Washington DC and Maryland.
