ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Madelaine Whitehead

Maddie Whitehead is a Real Estate Manager at STNL Development. In this role she helps clients to develop build-to-suit properties in markets across the country. She is responsible for the front end of the development processprimarily focusing on market research, site selection and evaluating acquisition opportunities.

Prior to joining STNL, Maddie started her career in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she worked in assurance and management consulting roles. She then spent time at a boutique retail brokerage firm in Philadelphia, where she worked on behalf of her clients in both landlord leasing and tenant representation roles in the Philadelphia Metro area.
