Louiss interest in real estate began early on while working for Anixter and later FedEx. He would purchase, rehab, and sell multi-unit buildings for investment.

In 2009, he decided he to pursue a career in real estate full time. He obtained his brokers license that same year and embarked on a career in commercial real estate. He promptly developed and expanded a network of loyal clients and referrals and dedicated himself to providing them with accurate, knowledgeable, and customized services.

With an emphasis on the gas station & C-store industry, and on account of his numerous transactions, he has developed a comprehensive knowledge of federal & state regulations, codes, and environmental compliance standards in order to best serve his clients interest. Louis is a Chicago native who brings passion, focus, enthusiasm, and area knowledge to his clients and peers.
