Through her tenures at Baum Realty Group, RKF Chicago, The McDevitt Company and as an independent broker, Lorraine represented retailers in leasing over 350,000 square feet in the Chicago market. She established first Chicago locations for both popular and luxury brands in the areas of lifestyle, fashion, home and beauty. She takes pride in Chicago's vibrant retail scene and makes top local independent brands a priority as they seek to relocate or expand in the Chicago market or to other markets. She has advised tenants in expanding their network nationally as well as internationally.
