She is also active in real estate investment acquisitions, adept at uncovering off-market opportunities for clients in hyper-competitive markets. Her experience at the Downtown Austin Alliance enabled her to gain deep knowledge of the Central Texas commercial real estate market. She is responsible for bringing 75,000 sf of Downtown Austin retail leases.
