ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Liam Grace

Liam Grace has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 2002. He started his career as a financial analyst for INVESCO Real Estate in Dallas, Texas. He then moved to a top developer, Lincoln Property Company Commercial Inc., at their National Headquarters, also in Dallas, Texas.

During his 5 years at Lincoln, Liam was part of the national finance group who worked with the companys partners throughout the U.S. with complex acquisition and development projects in all product types; office, retail, industrial, and land investments. He worked directly with equity partners, lenders, and title companies in structuring debt & equity, as well as, perform pro-formas and analyses for the transactions.

Liam joined Beau Box Commercial Real Estate in early 2014 as a Sales and Leasing Associate. While at BBCRE, he has successfully represented clients in property dispositions & acquisitions, tenant representation, and landlord leasing.
