Lev Mavashev is the Founder and Principal of Alpha Realty, a thriving real estate brokerage firm specializing in mid-market multifamily properties. Lev is among the industrys top tier professionals and is consistently ranked as one of the most active deal makers in the NYC investment-sales market.

Prior to founding Alpha Realty, Lev was one of the top-producing brokers at Besen & Associates. In his role, Lev was very instrumental in helping the firm penetrate the Brooklyn multifamily market, and in 2012 received the Power Broker-Rising Star award.

Lev began his career in Real Estate as a CPA with Deloitte & Touch providing financial analysis, consulting, and due diligence services to some of the worlds most prominent real estate companies, such as Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Tishman Speyer, and Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds.

Lev thrives on challenges and always brings a win-win attitude to every deal. He heads an elite team of brokers who have recently completed over $900 million in investment sales transactions, mainly in Brooklyn and Manhattan.

Lev is a graduate of Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business, where he received his BBA in Accounting & Economics, Magna Cum Laude Honors.
