Leslie Karr is a vice president with SVN Chicago Commercial with over 20 years of retail real estate experience. Ms. Karr previously held positions at Cornerstone Commercial, Newmark Knight Frank, CB Richard Ellis, Northern Realty Group, and MCL Companies.

Ms. Karr also consults privately to developers, family trusts, other property owners, and real estate investors on retail development and integration for mixed use, hospitality, and transportation projects on a national scope.

She specializes in site selection for the development and implementation of retail tenants expansion strategies. She represents developers and owners of high-density, mixed-use properties in downtown Chicago and suburban central business districts.

Ms. Karr has exclusively represented national companies, including Viacom and ABN AMRO in the disposition of excess retail property. She has completed more than 500 retail transactions during her career.
