In December of 2000 The Ron Brown Company became affiliated with Coldwell Banker although it is still independently owned and operated by Lee Swearingen. In addition to his being the managing officer of Coldwell Banker The Ron Brown Company, Mr. Swearingen is well known in the community as a Commercial Broker and Developer. Among other distinguished accomplishments in Mr. Swearingen's career is the development of various residential subdivisions. Most notably; Woodway, Springwood, and Whispering Oaks. It is not surprising that these subdivisions are some of the most sought after home sites in the area.
