ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Lee Coleman

Originally from Asheville, NC, Lee graduated from Wake Forest Business School and moved to Atlanta and began his career with Delta Air Lines. After five years with the airline Lee decided to enter the real estate industry with a start up real estate investment firm, Cane Creek, LLC, specializing in residential development. While with Cane Creek, Lee's duties ranged from land acquisition to management of multi-million dollar construction projects to sales to national and regional builders such as Ryland Homes.

From there Lee moved to a boutique real estate consulting firm, Yukon Property Consultants, specializing in land conservation. Lee advised clients on the tax credit advantages of conservation easements. Lee became one of Georgia's leading experts in conservation easement finance and performed expert witness testimony in court proceedings in this area.

Lee joined Richard Bowers & Co. in the spring of 2014 and uses his experience in the industry to pursue commercial real estate sales specializing in investment sales, retail and raw land.
