ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Laura Bertolli

Lauras Italian immigrant family proudly watched her graduate from UC Berkeley, Haas School of Business, as the first in the family to earn a degree. Laura then went on to run the family businesses which consisted of a gas station, auto repair shops, auto body shop, and property management. In order to help the growing family real estate portfolio, Laura got licensed in CA as a real estate broker. Over her 20 year career as an independent broker, Laura has sold homes, commercial buildings, small businesses, and become an experienced commercial leasing agent.
After successfully selling her own auto shop, Laura decided to focus on business sales, mergers and acquisitions in order to help business owners make the best choice when it comes time for a business transition. She brings with her expertise in accounting, marketing, negotiations, operations and sales.
Laura maintains offices in both Northern (Marin) and Southern (Los Angeles) California.
