ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Larry Schultz

Larry Schultz joined Friedman Real Estate in 2002. He represents tenants and landlords in industrial and flex space transactions. Prior to his employment at Friedman, Larry had a background in sales and management that spanned 13 years. Larry has developed solid relationships with both owners and tenants in his 19 years as a broker and continues to grow his pool of clients.

Larrys area of focus is in the leasing and sales of industrial properties within the I-75 corridor in Oakland and Macomb counties. He has brokered transactions throughout the State of Michigan including the Grand Rapids, Lansing, Ann Arbor, Flint and the Saginaw-Midland-Bay City markets.

Prior to joining Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions, Larry sold nationwide fiber optic network facilities, and negotiated long-term leases of facilities for XO Communications and Facilicom International in Washington D.C. This included the marketing of property for collocation and networking facilities to both domestic and international telecommunication providers.

Larry was raised in the Metro Detroit area where he now resides.
