ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Lance Ginn

Born and raised in Monroe, Louisiana, Lance moved to Baton Rouge in 2010 to attend Louisiana State University. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the E.J. Ourso College of Business in 2014.

Upon graduating from LSU, Lance began his real estate career in Baton Rouge in 2015, and joined the team at Beau Box in 2017. His contributing achievements to the company include being a top 10 producer company wide in 2018 and 2019.

Lance handles landlord and tenant representation in the office, retail, and industrial markets. He also assists clients with sales and acquisitions of their office, industrial, and vacant land properties.

Lance has earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, and is a member of the Louisiana CCIM Chapter. He is an active member of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors and the Boards Commercial Investment Division.
