ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Lacey Scott

Lacey Scott joined Harbert Realty Services in 2016 as Director. Lacey has experience providing advisory, asset management and brokerage services in all commercial property types with a concentration on the retail and office sectors. She has a broad array of expertise in commercial real estate including lease restructuring, site selection, build-to-suit oversight, tenant and landlord representation, investment sales and more.

Before joining Harbert Realty, Lacey was an Associate for Colliers International in Birmingham where she represented office tenants locally, nationally and internationally. She also proactively managed large real estate portfolios and developed strategic plans on behalf of corporate clients. Prior to entering the commercial real estate world, Lacey was an Assistant District Attorney for the 33rd Judicial Circuit of Alabama.

Lacey is a member of the Alabama State Bar, CREW Commercial Real Estate Women, ICSC and a licensed sales-person in the State of Alabama. She is a Junior Board member of the YWCA Central Alabama and serves on the YWCA KIDS Korner Committee. She is also a certified therapy dog handler with Hand in Paw and a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church. She and her husband, Bernard are proud parents to their son, Drew, and daughter, Mamie.
